About these terms

These terms apply to your use of powerarcelectrical.co.uk, run by PowerArc Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 16481601), 165 High Street, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 3XS. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only. Electrical work we carry out for you is covered by the written quote and terms we give you for that job.

Information on this site

The guides and service pages are general information to help you understand electrical work and the rules around it. They are not advice for your specific property. Regulations change, and every installation is different, so please speak to a qualified electrician before acting on anything you read here.

Quotes and enquiries

Sending the quote form, a message or an email doesn't create a contract. A contract only exists once we've given you a written quote and you've accepted it. Prices are confirmed after we understand the job, and may need a site visit.

If you are a consumer and agree a contract with us away from our premises, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may have to pay for work already done. Full details are in the terms we give you with your quote.

Emergencies

Don't use the quote form for emergencies. If there's a fire, call 999. For an electrical emergency, call us on 07775 512758. For a power cut affecting your street, call 105.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, sending spam through the forms, or introducing malicious code. We may suspend access to the site at any time.

Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and photographs on this site belong to PowerArc Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, but please don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and government guidance, for your convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.

Our liability
